What is LindzKreations?
LindzKreations is an online boutique offering custom apparel, drinkware, and gifts. Our products are made to order — each item is created just for you after you place your order, including personalized and custom designs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Domestic (US) delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. International delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! US shipping is free on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Can personalized or custom items be returned?
Custom products, special orders, and personalized items cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
